Today is the 22nd day since we first got our butterflies as tiny little caterpillars. We were so excited to release them into Roundtown's butterfly garden this afternoon. See all the excitement on today's blog shared by Nick, Matt, Macy B. and Ian.
My name is Jennifer Myers. I am a preschool teacher in the four's classroom at Shiloh UCC ELC. This is my thirteenth year teaching and my first year at Shiloh. I also am an adjunct professor at HACC and Penn State York. I have a bachelor's degree in elementary education from Shippensburg University with certification in both elementary and early childhood education. In 2001, I completed my master's degree in reading and language arts education at Millersville University and became certified as a reading specialist. I have been married to my high school sweetheart for nine years, and we have three beautiful little girls, Madeline, 7, and Amelia, 4, and Fiona, ten months. In my free time, I love to read, exercise, go to the beach, make pottery, and surf. I look forward to a great school year with your child in 2010 and 2011!
